Community guidelines

How we keep Escape Space a good place to be.

Community Rules & Regulations

We are all being asked to leave our limiting beliefs, dogmata, false doctrines, and our egos at the other side of the paywall.

We all recognise we are all at different stages of spiritual development with our own unique karmic journeys.

Everyone will have equal say and everyone will be listened to.

There will be no bullying, shunning or snubbing on any individual. We will be kind and respectful to one another. There is a zero-tolerance policy for any trollish behaviour.

We will all come to the understanding that nothing can yield or last unless it is built upon the foundations of truth and justice and a willingness to co-operate and help one another.

We will eliminate all forms of hatred, envy, jealousy, selfishness, cynicism and animosity towards one another by developing love for all of humanity with the acknowledgement that any negative attitude towards one another will never bear any success.

At any given point with every thought, utterance or emotion we are either building or we are destroying our being and our environment. With this, we will only have loving thoughts and words made out of kindness, power, courage and compassion. This is Five D Reality.

Safety In Meditation

Meditation is currently practiced widely across the globe and is now used in schools, hospitals, city councils and the workplace to promote well-being. Evidence that the practice of meditation brings health benefits has allowed the Health service to incorporate mindfulness meditation-based techniques to treat numerous mental and physical conditions.

However, meditation can trigger a variety of unexpected negative psychological or adverse, effects that participants ought to be aware of. These reactions can possibly occur to the beginner as well as the experienced meditation practitioner.

If any of the following reactions occur during or after a meditation session, stop the practice immediately and alert your well-being instructor:

·      Increased anxiety or panic attacks

·      Mood deterioration or a worsening depression

·      Feelings of disorientation, disassociation or depersonalisation

·      Visual and auditory hallucinations

·      Lack of focus and hyperactive behaviour

·      Remembering difficult or traumatic memories

Many people practise meditation without such adverse reactions but occasionally someone may experience adverse effects with the most serious symptoms being relatively uncommon. There could be causal connections triggered by past traumas and memories of unpleasant circumstances.

If there are further concerns around your mental state, seek professional advice or speak to your well-being instructor. If symptoms persist consult a trusted Doctor.
